October 29, 2017 | 3-7pm | Hosted by Rhett and Candy Hedrick Join some spooky SBMS families for a pumpkin carving party hosted at the Hedrick's Haunted House! Delicious potions and other tasty treats, including dinner for the whole family, will be served! $85 per family to attend.
June 10, 2017 | 7pm - Midnight | Hosted by Stacey and Don Fergusson You don't want to miss this killer kick-off to summer! Join fellow SBMS parents for some delicious appetizers, open bar, stellar views, and a live band to rock to all night long! Option to choose your favorite songs for a karaoke experience to remember - with the band and supporting vocalists to back you up, you'll be the star of the night! $75 per person to attend.
August 27, 2017 | 8:30am-Lunch | Hosted by Kenny Van Zant and Dale Haslem Practice your swing, grab your clubs, and join the guys for a morning round of golf at the beautiful La Cumbre Country Club, followed by lunch. $225 per person to attend.
September 9, 2017 | 6-10pm | Hosted by Monica and Seth Epstein Viva la Fiesta! Join fellow SBMS parents to celebrate the start of a new school year. With artisan margaritas and a gourmet taco bar at a beach house setting, this event is the perfect way to reconnect with friends old and new before heading into another year of SBMS adventure! $95 per person to attend.
April 21, 2018 | 5-10pm | Hosted by Steve Byrd Join a full house of SBMS dads for a Texas Hold 'em tournament! Buy-in is set at $100 (additional to ticket purchase - please bring cash to event), and a spread of tacos, tequila, margaritas, and beer will keep you fed and hydrated as you play. Bust out early? No problem - buy back in or watch the games while playing ping-pong or corn hole. Prize money is divvied out among the top three finishers! $125 per person to attend - $25 ticket to secure your spot, and please bring $100 cash to event.
December 10, 2017 | 4-6pm | Hosted by Rick and Jennifer Hulford Share in the joy of the holiday season with SBMS friends and family! Gather together to sing classic carols under the stars. Champagne for the adults, cocoa for the kiddos, and loads of yummy home-baked holiday treats for all! $60 per family to attend.
September 15, 2017 | 10:30-12pm | Hosted by Susan Moe Interested in beginning a meditation practice? Join SBMS parent Susan Moe for an introduction to meditation and mindfulness, gaining the tools you need to quiet your mind, focus on your breath, and return to a place of stillness. $50 per person to attend.
October 6, 2017 | 5-8pm | Hosted by Jill and Dirk Freeland Come onboard the "True North", a 38-foot lobster yacht, for a cruise to watch the sun set over Santa Barbara. Enjoy appetizers and drinks onboard, and snap some sunset photos of a night to remember! $70 per person to attend.
August 19, 2017 | 10a-12pm | Santa Barbara Beach TBD The perfect opportunity for new surfers to learn the basics of surfing and catch a few waves! Hosted by Surf Happens in Santa Barbara, this two-hour lesson for 12 SBMS students will help kids gain familiarity in the water, learn basic surfing techniques, and have them riding waves with their friends! Event includes a post-surf snack. $100 per student to attend.
